The system approach is applied for a complex rating of efficiency of the management organizational-economic mechanism of the domestic chemical industry's enterprises. At the decision of separate tasks the special methods are used: the theory of casual processes and theory of probability for construction of model of the effective management mechanism enterprise's activity; the technical and economic analysis for a influence rating on efficiency of industrial subsystems. The tendencies are investigated and the problems are determined which prevent effective activity of the domestic chemical industry's enterprises. The necessity of development of the new organizational-economic forms of efficiency increase their functioning is proved in view of conditions of the market relations. Is carried out periodization of domestic enterprise's development, due to what the necessity of introduction of the management marketing-guided mechanism of their activity is argued. The prognosticate-transformational model of the enterprise functioning is constructed. She takes into probability account influence character of all processes and numerous factors list on an economic enterprise status. The acceptance circuit of the constructive administrative decisions is developed which takes into account a degree of development, experience and financial stability of the enterprises, and also modern principles of manufacture organization.
