Objects of research: rare kinds natural flora of a moderate zone of Eurasia, introduction on botanic-geographical sites of a department natural flora NBG by it. The purpose: development of scientific bases of protection of rare kinds of plants ex situ on phytocoenotical to a basis by modeling introductical of populations. Methods of researches: ecological and phytocoenotical, quantitative and populative, introductical, phytososoloqical. The results introduction of plants natural flora of a moderate zone of Eurasia in Ukraine for half age the period are moved. The scientific bases of protection endemical, relicts, rare and disappearing kinds of plants ex situ are developed, the unique collection of rare and disappearing kinds of plants of Ukraine, brought in to the Red Book is created. Due to a unique botanical and geographical principle of representation of alive plants in NBG, on an extent more than 60-annual period of existence of geographical sites were generated artificial phytocenoses, close to disappearing kinds of plants. On scientific substantiations of the employees of a department natural flora is created 6 reservare and 3 monuments of nature in three areas of Ukraine, the rare kind flqra of Europe is included to ІІ to Addition to the convention CITES.
