The purpose of work - research of a contact zone " cement a stone - alkaline-reactionary filler" composite of materials and their physic-mechanical characteristics, including what influence durability of a material, for an establishment of interrelation between processes structure formation in a contact zone and durability of a material. Methods of researches - physic-mechanical (durability at compression and bend, own deformations of shrinkage/expansion, frost resistance, atmosphere resistance, corrosive stability, density, porosity, filtration ability), physic-chemical (research of microstructure of a contact zone " cement a stone - alkaline-reactionary filler" with the help electronic microscope and x-ray analysis). As a result of work the long-term researches of a contact zone " cement a stone - alkaline-reactionary filler" are executed on the basis of traditional Portland cement, slag-alkaline binders and alkaline Portland cement with the help electronic microscope and x-ray of the analysis. The influence of a type filler, such as binders, such as the additive, conditions of preservation (temperature, moisture) on durability of compositions is determined at a bend and compression. The own deformations of shrinkage/expansion of samples, as parameter of a degree of course corrosive of processes in a contact zone are investigated. The interrelation between processes structure formation in a contact zone and durability of a material is established. The works, revealed as a result of performance, of interrelation between processes structure formation in a contact zone and durability of a composite material used for development of scientific principles of management structure formation with the purpose of reception of a material with the given properties and durability. Are developed probable of model of durability of the given compositions, both on the basis of traditional Portland cements, and on the basis of alkaline binders systems. Purpose and area of use of development - improvement of the physic-mechanical and operational characteristics, increase of durability and reliability of compositions on the basis of alkaline-reactionary fillers and mineral alkaline binders.
