Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation is components of ecological systems: soil, natural waters, hydrobionts, surface and aquatic flora. The aim of the work is to determine the degree of deterioration of environmental objects' ecological condition in light of contamination by heavy toxic metals and radionuclides. The method of investigation is chemical roentgen fluorescent analysis and activation dosimetry. The analysis of sources of heavy toxic metals fall into investigated objects has been carried out. The negative consequences of heavy toxic metals and radioactive background composition increasing have been studied for these objects. The radioactive background caused by coming in of radionuclides of different origin into ecosystem's components. The requirements for methods and facilities for representative sampling of investigated objects have been formulated. The methods and facilities provide right assessment of ecological characteristics of environmental objects. The natural experimental researches have been carried out for determination of heavy toxic metals content in shoaling waters, natural waters, bottom sediment and biological water objects in a number of water reservoirs in North-Eastern Ukraine. The methods for operative control of heavy metal content and activity of radionucludes in the components of basins' ecosystem have been elaborated on the basis of specially developed complex methodology for measurements. The new kinetic quantities regularities of process of heavy toxic metals and radionuclides migration in different systems such as "water-soil (bottom sediment) - flora" have been researched. The quantities parameters of phytoextraction processes for contaminated elements by different types and kinds of plants have been determined. A number of recommendations for operative control of environmental objects' ecological condition and optimal rehabilitation of soil, water, bottom sediment by the natural way of phytoextraction have been developed. The practical use of developed methods of analysis isconfirmed on solution of specific assignments for environmental condition control.
