Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigations: electromagnetic fields, diffraction phenomena and wave processes in case of scattering waveguide modes both on single slot inhomogenities and on their arrays. The goal of the investigation is to obtain the information about physical laws of forming of time-domain, frequency, energy and polarization characteristics of electromagnetic fields by regular and irregular inhomogeneities of waveguide structures and development of mathematical models, algorithms and software for calculation of the diffraction characteristics by using rigorous methods for solving the electrodynamics problems. The techniques of investigations are the theoretical researches, computer analysis, and experiment. By means of the induced magnetomotive forces method (IMMFM) the problem of the radiation of electrically long longitudinal slots cut in walls of the single modal and polymodal rectangular waveguides filled with dielectric of arbitrary permittivity and the leaky wave antennas in form of nearly situated transverse slots cut in the wide wall of a rectangular waveguide with regarding the interaction between slots have been solved. The IMMFM was developed for solving the problem of scattering electromagnetic waves by slots cut in the rectangular waveguide walls with using approximating functions of magnetic currents in slots obtained as the result of the asymptotic solution of the integral equation concerning the magnetic current of the single slot by the average method. The theory of the wideband nonequidistant arrays and directorial couplers on the base of the mathematical principle of the least regulated series. Two-band waveguide-slot antenna arrays with combined aperture in form of two systems of rectangular slots of different length in the wide of the two-modal waveguide were investigated. The influence of excitation conditions of the rectangular waveguide resonator on the energy and band characteristics of linear slot antenna array were studied in detail. The accurate electrodynamics theory of radiation from the open end of circular waveguide which is excited by the high wave modes was elaborated. The theory of radiating the short electromagnetic pulses by the wire antennas of the finite length and also open ends of symmetric and asymmetric coaxial wideband transmission lines.
