Findings and their novelty: A portable device set for diagnostic of psycho-physiologic state of an organism and an original software for determination of mobility of bukkal epithelium cells have been developed. It is proposed to include the method of estimation of electro-kinetic mobility of nuclei of bukkal epithelium into the scientifically grounded system for investigation energy-information interactions at cell and organism levels as an integral figure of physiological state of an organism at the cell level, variation-sphygmography measure - for estimation of the organism state at the organ level, diagnostic of organism's energy-information exchange - with the aid of software diagnostic system "Aurographica" and "Inta", and by using diagnostic with the aid of Kirlian's effect for complex estimation of an organism state. The system has been appraised at the example of effect of photonic and sonic stimuli, and effect of different harmonizators at the figures of physiological and energy-information state of an organism.
