The aim of the study is the determination of genetic and phenotypic features of group with high risk of an atopic dermatitis initiation and also the development of improved methods of its prophylactic and therapy. The methods of study are clinical, immunologic, biochemical, and molecular-biologic ones. The relations of microsatelite marker D12S1059 with atopic dermatitis diseases, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, and other allergic diseases manifestations (nettle-rash (urtikaria), food allergy), and also relations microsatelite marker D12S1298 with atopic dermatitis diseases or asthma are found out. It is shown that increased response of IgE-antibodies under experimental infection Leishmania major is associated with microsatelite markers D10Mit103 и D16Mit126. The considerable increase of total IgE level to ticks Dermatophagoides farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssimus, grass allergens, fungus, milk, eggs and cereals is displayed at atopic dermatitis patients. It was typical significant increase of the level of circular immune complexes for atopic patients. It was shown that the antigliadyne antibodies of G-class level increase and antibodies of A-class decrease are typical for atopic dermatitis. The frequency of autoimmune response to transglutaminase is increased at atopic dermatitis. The new method of the therapy of allergic dermatitis based on the pharmacological techniques and physiotherapeutic effects has been worked up Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
