Methods – clinical, biochemical, biophysical, molecular, microbiological, statistical. The investigation of state parameters of the exhange of nitric oxyde of patients of urogenital chlamidiosis and their role in patogenesis. The influence of the Chlamidia trachomatis (urogenital strain UG-C) for some parameters of nitric oxide synthesis and pentose phosphate pathway of L-929 cell culture was investigated. It the cells been infected it was shown the nitrite level increased as in the culture medium as in the cell’s suspension and of low activity of arginase. It was noted the ATP level and intensity of carbohydrate utilization by pentose phosphate pathway inreased and depended on the pathogene’s development cycle. The possibility of observated change participation in the mechanism of interaction between in chlamydia and host cell discussed. The intensification of synthesis of nitrit oxide and lypoperoxidation of membranes of lymphocytes is observed in patients with genital chlamidioses. The different grade of expression the state of oxidation stress with chlamidiosis is caused by the grade of sickness and longth of the influence on the oganasms. Activation of synthesis of nitric oxide and lypoperoxidation of membranes of lymphocyte ourinng to chlamidia infection is on of the mechanisms, with influence on the structional and functional state, and could assist the forming and resistance of stream of the process, origin the persistence of infection. The effective method of the therapy for men, infected by urogenital chlamidioses, by josamicine, echinacin and silibinine was created (clinical effect - 92,1±2,7%, microbiological - 95,1±2,2%).
