Algorithmized system for treatment of long bones fractures and compressive fractures of vertebral bodies in patients with osteoporosis was proposed. It is focused on the optimization of the current of reparative process and increase of the efficacy of their treatment. New biomechanically based technology of treatment of femoral neck pseudarthrosis, method and device for the surgical treatment of compressive fractures of vertebral bodies, fixator with carbon component for combined "on-lay" stable-elastic osteosynthesis of long bone fractures were worked out., Constructive varieties of trunk orthesis were invented and individual indications for their using were detemined. The complex of biomechanical indices was determined. It allows evaluating metabolic disorders and helping to determine the treatment tactics for this category of patients.
