Influence of texture on anisotropy of diffusion in metals with the HCP lattice is analyzed, the given researches of resilient properties of quasicrystalline materials are systematized, the effect of anomalous acceleration of diffusion in superdisperced metallic materials, which spreads in massive crystalline material and to be in touch with superdispersed, is discovered. Influence of laser radiation, smouldering discharge, impulsive mechanical squeezing and vibration loading on the parameters of diffusion in quasicrystalline alloys and metals with a traditional crystalline structure in the aspect of origin and co-operation of crystalline grate is explored. The theoretical analysis of process of deep penetration of rare gases is produced in a metal from plasma of smouldering discharge. The phenomenological model of speed-up mass transfer is offered in the systems with a superdispersed structure which takes into account influence of non-equilibrium vacancies on the redistribution of diffusant.
