The method of volume division of the pattern on five structural regions in order to account of features of forming of internal structure was proposed. Mathematical models which allow analyzing processes of heat and mass transfer in dynamic conditions are developed. The heterogeneity of conditions of selection of solid phase of cutting of double-phased region on different stages of transitive process was set. The influence of heat-physical properties of convective flow of the double-phased region on forming of sedimental cone in the bottom of the pattern was researched. The origin of equalities crystals if buffer region of the pattern at the expense of intensive vertical confusion of descending flow of the double-phase region and of rising flow of the central region of the pattern was described. Investigations of stability and adequacy of the developed mathematical models in case of changing properties which describe physical processes of instability crystallization of the double component alloy.
