The aim of SRW: elaboration of the nonequilibrium statistical theory of non-Markovian kinetic and hydrodynamic processes for the dense fluids , liquid metals, alloys, electrolyte solutions at given initial conditions. As a result of this activity we have developed the statistical theory of non-Markovian kinetic and hydrodynamic processes for classical and quantum systems mentioned above and applied it for the study of collective excitations spectra , transport coefficients, dynamic structure factors and other structural and thermodynamic characteristics. We generalized the theory of collective modes at given initial conditions for polar, magnetic and molecular liquids. A consistent description of non-Markovian kinetic and hydrodynamic processes in classical and quantum systems has been carried out using the methods of nonequilibrium statistical operator and generalized collective modes along with computer simulations. Based on such a complex statistical approach along with computer modeling, we have carried out the numerical calculations of collective excitation spectra and the generalized transport coefficients for polar, magnetic and ionic liquids, obtained the dispersion curves for heat waves and optical excitations in liquid metal alloys. We proposed a generalization of the thermodynamic theory of phase transitions in the framework of modified mean field approximation for Ising, Heisenberg and XY models of magnetic liquids.
