Kharchenko, Registration Date 18-02-2005 Organization Sumy State University popup.description2 The theoretical approach to describe the evolution of defect structure of development type under intense external loading is presented. The phenomenological model which allows to account the cross transformation of mobile dislocations and point defects, the linkage between density of dislocations and macroscopic characteristic of deformation, the spatially heterogeneity of distribution of points defects in crystal and the fluctuations of both the deformation and density of points defects. In the framework of developed cumulant expansion method the approach to understand the course of reconstruction of defect structure at plastic deformation is presented. On the basis of mean-field theory the statistical properties of coherent formation of defects under intense external loading in fluctuation environment is investigated. It is explored the influence of correlation properties of stochastic sources on the course of ordering in system. It is found: (i) the auto-correlation of fluctuation of main mode of model leads to realization of reentrant phase transition of second order; (ii) the correlation between fluctuation sources is a reason of creation of metastable phases that means the appearance of dislocation clusters with redirected Burgers vector. The obtained results may be used to explain the formation of coherent structures of defects at deformation of high-strength alloys on the basis of Nb and V.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
