The technique is based on finite element modelling of constructions in Fourier transformations space and numerical methods of reception of results of calculations. Numerical methods of the analysis of non-stationary vibrations of viscoelastic constructions and, in particular, constructions with a changeable configuration are developed at force and kinematic indignations. Methods of optimum designing of structural - non-uniform constructions with damping, working at dynamic loadings are developed . Examples of the analysis of non-stationary vibrations and optimization characteristic of elements with passive damping are considered.
