The basic scientific results - are developed common 3D geometrical models of processes of removal allowance, moulding, accuracy of grinding of details, profiling and deterioration of a circle at grinding curvilinear, screw and torus of surfaces on machine tools with CNC. On the basis of the interconnected models the ways of deep and high-speed grinding curvilinear, torus, screw, surfaces of rotation with the focused and profiled abrasive tool on machine tools with CNC are created. The programs of account of process parameters of cutting are developed, the new ways of editing abrasive of the tool are offered. The ways and installation for grinding end faces of needles shafts of textile machines are developed. The experimental researchesof process of grinding are carried out.
