Applied methodes: of comperative ecology of plants, agrochemical analysis of soils. For the first time two new forest types were distinguished and also a new for the reserve's conditions type of soil - carbonate. All this allowed to complete the classification of the forest and soil types of the "Medobory", to ground measures for saving biovariety of Tovtrs. The results of the work are included into the "Desciption of nature" and into the project of organization of natural complexes of the reserve "Medobory".
