The peculiarity of the program is the target looking for congenital heart diseases using the special protocols during the second scanning at 18 - 22 weeks of gestation. There firstly was worked up the method of prenatal diagnosis of the grades of hydronephrosis that influenced the 2,6 times decrease of septic complications in children of prenatal dispensary group with obstructive uropathies of the upper urinary tract.
