The main tomography problems of temperature fields images reconstruction by an acoustic method, including problem of approximation, of the path bending of the acoustic pulse propagation trajectories and of a research environment movement are developed and investigated. The stable solution of electrical tomography direct problem is solved, the approximation of an electrical field problem by distributed and concentrated elements is theoretically designed and practically realised. The designed prototypes of tomography measuring systems are described. Due to the scientific work results were created theoretical, technological and metrological principles of the precision accuracy correction for the exactitude increasing to the transportation in turnpike pipeline energy carriers expenditure records by the ultrasonic devices.
