The way of prognosis of development PDDUA is developed by a quantitative estimation in vitro of hemosensitivity of receptors to the factor of activation of thrombocytes (FАТ). By way of increase of a degree of weight of chronic inflammatory process of the surveyed patients it is possible to distribute as follows: HPS < PO < ТОА. The use of the developed algorithm of medico-diagnostic measures, allows at the patients PDDUA considerably to reduce time of stay in hospital, to lower frequency of postoperative complications and to increase efficiency of treatment.
