Aim - To determine health character-istic features of recovery operation workers, evacuees, children born to exposed parents; to develop information and analytical materials, methodical documents on health status and optimization of medical care to the above contingent over remote postaccidental period. Methods - Epidemiological, medical and statistical, program-mathematical, expert. Results - Dynamics features of nontumor incidence, disability and mortality in recovery operation workers 1986-1987, adult evacuees residing after evacuation in different, with respect to radiation factor, areas (contaminated or "clean") were specified. Dependence of nontumor incidence on age, time at risk, nonradiation factors and radiation doses was establishd. Estimation and prediction models of nontumour diseases for 20 postaccidental years were developed. Thyroid cancer radiation risks for recovery operation workers 1986-1987 and evacuees of different age groups were estimated. In children and adolescents born to exposed parents, the most common nontumor diseases and their dependence on psychoemotional state were found. Information and methodical materials on health status and optimization of medical service, follow-up and care for examined cohorts in remote postaccidental period were worked out.
