Clinical, morphologycal, cytochemical, immunophenotyping, hystologycal, statistical methods were used. It was detected the clinical and hematological features of the chronic leukemias among the persons who suffered from Chornobyl accident needs to improve of the modern therapy programs. The most effective program for the CML treatment despite of the phase of the diseases is imatinib. The program with fludarabin is most effective for the patients with CLL.
