The purpose: on the basis of long-term monitoring behind a health state of persons, which have undergone to influence of high doses of ionizing radiation and inhalation of radionuclides after the Chernobyl APP failure (including reconvalescents of an acute radiation sickness) to spot the main and most typical features of their diseases, reasons of invalidisation and mortality. To create the standards of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complex therapy by estimation of main medications effects. At ARS reconvalescents among the mortality reasons an acute cardiovascular failure, oncologic and oncogematologyc diseases dominated. The levels of case rate of the basic visceral systems, stages, degrees of gravity or function classes of separate diseases were enlarged. The last years the embodying of radioactive cataracts was evident, this effect depends at radiation doses. The chronic radiation dermatitis is an important clinical problem of an irradiation remote effects and requires constant observation with the purpose of prophylaxis of trophic infringements and secondary changes of a skin.
