The results have been received in the form of investigation and analysis of Ukrainian population's state of health with regard to gastroenterologic diseases in various Ukrainian regions and effects on it of such factors as trained personnel potential, equipment and use of the current modern diagnostic and treatment standards, quality of dispensary screening, and on this basis the propositions have been started for the reduction of gastroenterologic morbidity. Informational data basis has been formed regarding the state of health of Ukrainian population with reveal of differences in the mortality and morbidity structure in the western, eastern and central regions of the country; copyright computer program has been created with a title "System of monitoring of risk factors, prophylaxis and treatment of chronic non-communicable disease on the level of primary medical and sanitary care" (Certificate of Government Registration №8352, date of registration 18.09.2003), whish will have significant social and medical value due to the heightening of efficacy of dispensary, primary and secondary prophylaxis of gastroenterologic diseases and decrease of population mortality as a result of prevention of diseases and their complications' progression.
