Prototropic transformations in the triad of the PHI-CCH-CF has been studied.The method of direct introduction isobenzofuranyl radical in activated benzene ring has been discovered. The six of new compounds have the significant antithyroid activity comparable with Mercazolilum. All compounds with high antithyroid activity relevates to low toxicity substances.It was shown that the pituitary - thyroid system sensitivity to thyreostatics action depends on age and basic functional state of a thyroid gland.
