To carry out the preliminary assessment of the leukemia risks in the study cohort/ Study methods: epidemiological, hematological, laboratory, statistical.Results - verification of the leukemia cases, registered in liquidators is completed.Algorithm of the 2-steps diagnoses expertise is created. 237 registered in the SCR leukemia cases, 39 not registered in the SCR and 649 cases of the reletive disorders are reviewed using the algorithm. As a result 95 leukemia cases are identified including 84 diagnosedd in 1987-2000 yy that were took into account in the risk analysis. The structure of the identified cases is as follows: 57 % - chronic lymphoid leukemia, 20 % - acute leukemia, 18 % - chronic myeloid leukemia, 5 % - large granular lymphocytic leukemia. By the moment it is not identified statistically significant leukemia risk exccess in liquidators.Practical usefullness: 2 workshops for the local staff of the oncological dispensaries, hematological departments and oblast Chernobyl Dyspensaries were carried out, methodological recomendations were created (project), institutional instruction was written out (project). 2 articles were published, resultes were presented on the 3 conferences.
