Patent and informational investigation regarding the use of variable materials fro the substitution of bone defects and their possible filling by cytostatics. Different methods of applying ceramic covers on the metal implants widely used in modern orthopedics were studied. The immunity condition and proteolytic activity in patients with bone tumors depending on the scheme of complex treatment was analyzed. After searching the potential of cytostatic medicines in surgical treatment of bone tumors in the scientific literature the experiment on possible filling of variable ceramic implants by anti-tumor medicines and kinetics of their penetration in tissues and achieving curative concentration in the area of neoplasm was conducted "in vivo" and "in vitro" by method radioactive indicators. The morphology of local bone tissue osteoreparation under condition of using implants on the basis of hydroxyapatite with cyclophosphane or methotrexate was also investigate.
