There had been developed mathematical, cartographical, informational, algorithmic apparatus and software of the geoinformation analytical system of water state monitoring in Vinnytsia region, which allow to identify the developed models. The mathematical apparatus for the synthesis of quality control laws of river water had been developed and realized in the software. The developed systems had been implemented to all main subjects of water state monitoring system of Vinnytsia region. The developed software, being revised, can be applied for the monitoring, simulation, quality and state control of river water in the other regions as well as for other rivers, allowing the decision-making to be more scientifically substantiated in the sphere of qualitycontrol and river water usage.
