The processes are base for power - effective dynamic negatron operation. The mathematical models of the generalized converters of immitance are developed on the basis of the one-junction transistor, optonegatron, Shottrky FET 2, negasensors and broadband keys on the basis of L -, C-negatrons. The new methods and means for definition of parameters of potential - unstable two-ports are developed which provide increase of accuracy and reduction of labouriousness of measurements.
