Interval models and modeling algorithms, in particular linear and nonlinear dynamic, for typical converters of IMS are developed. The interval models of system aggregation and transformation are developed. Methods, algorithms and software for 3D-interpolation are worked out. A method of adaptive information transfer over communication channels is proposed. The models of communication quality in telecommunication systems are developed. The methods of square-law approximation and methods of evaluation function to construct curves and surfaces of the second order are worked out.
