Aim: according to determination of biological and functional age to estimate character of ageing, to study influence of metabolic treatment on functional abilities of organism. Methods: determination of biological and functional age, ECG, psycho-emotional test, treadmill, sonographia. Results: premature ageing, its cardiovascular and (or) respiratory system was established in 75 % of examined people. The course of metabolic treatment increased functional abilities of organism, improved physical and psycho-motor work, decreased level of cardiovascular system ageing. To diagnose premature ageing in workers of energetics branch timely is necessary to determine their biological and functional age.
