HR+L-arg increasing of isolated adult and old rats heart contractile activity during ischemic-reperfusion conditions; normalizing of the hearts ritmical and bioelectrical myocardium functions in vivo at the modelling of the experimental cardiovascular pathology. HR+L-arg exerting positive influence on lipid peroxidation and increasing of the blood NO concentration. So, new vasodilator - HR+L-arg - possessing of the vasodilative, cardioprotective, and antioxidant properties and may be to used in the clinical practice as a cardiological drug.
