Karazin popup.description2 Subject of research - human and rat erythrocytes; rat collagen; isogenic lines of soy on gene E; eggs and grains of silkworm; wood soil mycobiota; phytopathogenic microorganisms. The goal of the research - to determine physiological-biochemical and structural-functional changes in human, animals, plants and microorganisms under environmental factors? influence. Methods of the research - laboratory and natural investigations, chromatography, spectrophotometry; EPR spectroscopy, microscopy, physiological-biochemical methods. Animals' erythrocytes sensitivity to the environmental temperature-osmotic factors change is species-specific. The level of erythrocyte post-hypertonic lysis depends on the rehydrotation medium composition. Sensitivity of skin and aorta collagen-synthesizing cells to the mechanical load increases with the animals age. Threshold of sensitivity to the mechanical load decreases in ontogenesis. The changes on carbohydrate metabolism in short-day and neutral plants of soys were determined. It is supposed that phytochromic reaction peculiarities and higher intensity of carbohydrate metabolism in neutral genotypes are the cause of the fact that they don't react on the changes of day duration and are able to form floral organs under any photoperiodic conditions. The list of micromycetes species that were isolated from deciduously layer and soil layers of pine forest which grows on the pinery terrace of the Seversky Donets river in Zmiev district of Kharkov region was made. The influence of high temperature on eggs and grains of silkworm determines the changes in their development character, that may be associated with definite genes activation. Metabolites Trichoderma viridae Harz. and Fusarium sambucinum Fuck. induce increase of nonspecific resistance of one-year flower-decorative culture acrospires to root rots.
