The peculiarities and appropriatenesses of chlororganic compaunds (COC) at chlorination of drinking water at various condition (pH, temperature) and factors (exposure, oxidizer dose, content of organic compounds in outlet water) have been determined. A quantity of formed chloroform depends on the quality of organic compaunds in outlet water, type of used oxidizer, period of contact in contrast to trichloroethylene, process of its forming largely depends on chlorination period are shown. As we have shown a decreas of COC level can be reached with the help of some new sorbents and water treaters.
