Objective of the study: to substantiate the methodical approaches to the determination of sanitary protective zone (SPZ) for the industrial objects with low capacity, to elaborate their sanitary classification and SPZ standards depending on the production profile. The grounded a possibility of taking of such enterprises to the less class of danger of industrial enterprises for the sanitary classification with establishment of sizes SZZ for them at the level of 50% from normative. The exposed features of contamination of soil within the limits of the SZZ for the industrial enterprises and determination of necessity of their consideration at establishment of sizes the SZZ for the enterprises of the small power.
