Investigations realized, thet early cardiac complications of radiotherapy at patients with breast cancer are non-symptoms exudative pericarditis and secondary radiation cardiomyopaty, thet manifistated of decrease of the miocard's reduction of the left ventricle, increase of day quantity and frequency of appearance of different heart rhythm disturbances, repolarisational disorders. Above-mentioned changes remain in patients with breast cancer at least for a month after radiotherapy completion. Clinical manifestations of early cardiac complications of radiotherapy are not expressed greatly, that's why the instrumental methods play the main role in their diagnostic. Prescription of bioflavonoid guercetin in patients with breast cancer during the period of radiotherapy brings to cardioprotective effect - prevents the development of early exudative pericarditis after radiotherapy, it considerably decreases or eliminates those early manifistations of radiation cardiomyopaty, as decreasing of miocardial reduction, arhythmogenic syndrom, repolarisational disorders.
