The aim of the study was to reveal the regularities of the influence of organized solutions on the protolytic equilibria, on the prediction this influence, to elaborate control methods by equilibrium in ultramicrogeterogeneous and supramolecular systems for principal receipt of new compositions in optimal conditions their functionation. Experimental methods: potentiometry, spectrophotometry, fluorometry. The protolytic equilibria of three hydroxyxanthene dyes, fluorescein, eosin, and erythrosine, were studied in direct microemulsions. The indices of the 'apparent' dissociation constants of fluorescein and 2,7-dichlorofluorescein were determined in reverse microemulsions of water-in-oil type stabilized with Aerosol OT. The acid-base properties N,N/-dioctadecylrhodamine, N,N/-dibutylrhodamine and hexadecyl ester of fluorescein in micellar solutions of various urfactants. The influence of mixed anion-nonionic surfactants on acid-base properties of rhodamine dyes was revealed. The acid-base properties of sulfonephthalein dyes in aqueous solutions of calyx[4]arenes fnd the protolytic equilibria of fluorescein and 2,7-dichlorofluorescein in aqueous solutions of ?-cyclodextrin were studied and the 'apparent' dissociation constants of indicator dyes were determined in these media by using Vis spectroscopy.
