By using the methods of physical and organic chemistry the optimal regimes of hydroliquefaction of the pair mixtures are established. The relationship of H2 + CO2 is from 1:1 up to 1,5:1; presuure is 12-16 MPa, temperature is 400-430 C; time is 0,5-1 h; catalysts are the native piryte and/or hydrogenating or cracking catalysts. The main products (oils and asphalthenes) by their content are near to the nature oil. These products are recommended to be used in the fuel energetic complex of Ukraine for motor fuels production.
