Concerted actions having no adverse effect on competition and therefore requiring no permission from the bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine have been analysed. The work justifies the necessity for conducting scientific research into these problems, in particular for harmonisation of Ukrainian legislation on protection of economic competition with European legislation in the part that concerns development of the system for preliminary control over concerted actions of economic entities foreseeing as an indispensable component granting authorisation for certain categories of concerted actions to groups of economic entities.
