The developed imitating mathematical models for the first time allow correctly in view of feedback in system "combine - coalface" to model casual components of loadings on the working tool, and also characteristic for high-intensity work of the machine modes of overturning of the electric motor, loss of stability of a combine, operation of a safety valve of hydrosystem. The method of multi-objective optimization of parameters of executive unit and other subsystems is developed and realized. The analysis of the normative and technical documents regulating designing cutter loader and roadheader is executed, and offers for their developmentand perfection are developed. Results can be used at designing cutter loader and roadheader in-tended for work in high-intensity modes of operation.
