Basic trends in the development of these factors and their influence on reforming the Ukraine's Armed Forces and the reorganisation of the military-industrial complex have been studied. Priorities for the development of defence technology were suggested. The ways and instruments for reconstruction of the military-industrial complex and for modification of its control system were given. It was proved that the implementation of the suggested measures and proposals would raise characteristics of the Ukraine's Armed Forces and the military-industrial complex and would favour the Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine.
