Due to the used technology, photodiode is integrated with the basic detecting crystal. The spectral sensitivity of the obtained structure can be changed by means of thermal treatment. Revealed are the centers of the basic crystal characterized by two-step excitation. The sensitivity of the heterostructure to X-rays is tested.
