The carried out analysis provides realization of a complex of the tasks concerning creation of an effective system of management of the state enterprise with the further removing it from a crisis condition and output on a profitable level, and also the increase of investment appeal of the enterprise, that will promote filling of a profitable part of the State budget, receipts of the investments in improvement of productive base and creation of conditions for long-term, stable and effective development of the state enterprise. The developed measures provide state politics on reforming a control system of the corporate rights of the state as making state politics on reforming the attitudes of the property.
