Therefore development of methods, that provide significant economy of raw materials at the expense of rational utilization secondary material resources, represent one of the most urgent problem. The results of development and investigation of save-resources technology of recycling converter slag as the component of charge of the big open-hearth furnaces with capacities 650, 750 and 900-t of "MP Ilyich LTD" and possibilities of use it and dump slag in sintering charge at "MP "Azovstal" LTD" are presented in the report. As the result of performance of calculation and holdings of industrial experiments influences of input and a parity of components in open-heart charge on technological and technical-economic indexes of open-hearth furnaces work when converter slag is used were obtained. The received dependences have allowed to optimize technology of converter slag addition in open-hearth charge and introduce the development in industrial production. Studying the influence of componential composition of the oxidizing briquettes, used for treatment of rimming steel in ladles and molds, on their physical properties and reactivity in laboratory conditions has allowed to create their new compositions with improved characteristics for their manufacture and approbation in industrial conditions. As a result of the analyses of known technological decisions on use of steel-smelting slag as a charge materials for sinter manufactures, rational variants of utilization converter and dump slag in sinter charge were offered. Industrial approbation of use dump slag in sinter charge was carried out/ It was found, that offered variant is perspective and recommendations were given for elimination of variation in basicity and contents of iron in sinter by additional blanding of slag, taken from dump.
