Reference data of iron exchange new indexes were determined in groups of healthy adults, newborns and experimental animals for the first time. New indexes of iron exchange were determined in groups of patients with hereditary professional hemochromatosis and for premature newborns. High informativity of new indexes of iron metabolism for monitoring of patients with hyperferrimia and for the discrimination between the healthy newborns and newborns with derangements in iron status was shown. It was shown for the first time, that iron status in the organism changed essentially at glial brain tumours. “Methodics of molar concentration measurements of nonheme iron forms in prepared biological samples with the help of the low-temperature electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscory” (MBB081/12-0149-04) was approved and recommended.
