Strength of metallic single crystals is determined by solid solution strengthening by impurity atoms. For a number of amorphous and nanocrystalline FeSiB and Al-TM-REM alloys the data were obtained for "critical" temperatures, that gives possibility influence amorphous alloy structure and their properties using preliminary heat treatment. It was revealed influence of electron and gamma irradiation on amorphous structure and magnetic properties of FeSiB alloys.
