The title of research report is - Development of methods of construction and the formal description of criteria of an estimation of security of the information in computer systems from the non-authorized access. Object of research - the automated information systems of different classes in aspect of safety of processing of the information, namely: construction of models of threats and an estimation of risks for the information which is processed in them. The purpose of work is development of methods and construction of mathematical models of an estimation of security of the information in computer systems from the non-authorized access, namely: constructions of models of threats for the information in the automated information systems of different classes, typical requirements and restrictions of the field of functioning, and also typical models of threats for the information in these systems under the imposed restrictions. In work a number of mathematical models is considered and the adaptive model of protection of the information is offered. Besides during performance of work the program for definition of efficiency of application probabilistic neural networks for solution of the problem of authentication of computer system users by keyboard handwriting (the program ІНМАККП) is developed and experimentally investigated. The program ІНМАККП is written in language Borland C ++ Buіlder. For processing and preservation of the information, the program for work with databases Database Desktop 7.0 and SQL-inquiries was used.
