Aim of work - study on viral and cellular components interaction in plant pathogenesis, virus localization and activation of plant defence mechanisms. Investigation methods: virological, biochemical, bioinformatical,physics-chemical. The investigations show that size of local lession in TMV-hypersensitive tobacco protoclones is determinated by recessive genes as the system reaction to virus is due to N-gene mutation. Some structural sites in sequences of tobamo-,potex- and bromoviruses; decreasing TMV virulence in tobacco callus and increasing of soluble glycopolymeres in plant apoplast were revealed.
