The model is based on integrated solution of a system of equations of electromagnetic field, dynamics of motion of a viscous liquid and convective-conductive transfer of energy. A software has been developed allowing prediction of the process of ESR ingot formation depending on the melting conditions. To identify the parameters of the model and to verify it , the experimental investigations of effect of technological parameters of melting on shape and depth of the metal pool were carried out.
