The estimation of the metrological characteristics of the caesium standard showed the possibility of getting frequency instability per day, which doesn't exceed ~5.10^-11 and the error of frequency reproduction not worse then 1.10^-13. 2) The model of the synthesized rubidium standard of frequency is made, which research showed that its frequency instability per day is not more then 6.10^-13, and it is much better then for rubidium standard, which are produced be series.3) The quantum discriminator of the passive hydrogen frequency standard has been made and assembled taking into account the changes directed to improvement of its technical and operating characteristics.
