The analysis of the state of liquid and solid radwaste management on operating Ukrainian NPPs and Radon's enterprises in 2004 was performed on basis of the presented report materials. Some unavailability of fundamental principles of safety, requrements of Ukrainian legislative base in force concerning radwaste management and international recommendations was founded. The final conclusions could take into account for improvement of radwaste management system to provide the safety of stuff, population and environment as well as compliance with international radwaste management principles and basis international radiation safety standards.Area of application-radwaste management safety.
